1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Royal Family Finance Academy by ReforgedHQ ("RFF Academy," "we," "us"). By using this page, joining the waitlist or registering for a class, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the page, join the waitlist or register.

2. What this page is, and what it isn't

This site describes educational programs about using AI tools in your own business. It is not financial, insurance, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it recommends any product or strategy. We are not your attorney, adviser or compliance department. Royal Family Finance operates as a financial education and planning practice under The Miliare Group.

If you're a licensed professional, your licenses, your firm's and carriers' rules, and the laws that apply to you still govern how you use any tool, including what client information you share with it and what you send to clients. You are responsible for reviewing everything an AI tool drafts before you use it.

3. No promised results

We can't promise any result, income, savings or outcome. What this page shows is the presenter's own experience with his own team, and yours will differ. Examples labeled as examples, made-up or AI-generated are for illustration only. The tool prices shown are estimates of publicly listed prices on the date shown, may have changed, and are not offers from us.

4. AI tools and third parties

The class teaches you to use AI tools that other companies make. Those tools have their own terms, prices and limits, and they can change or stop working. We don't control them, we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we aren't responsible for their cost, availability or output. AI output can be wrong, so review it before you rely on it.

5. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means you give us your first name and email so we can tell you when the next class opens. Joining is not enrollment. It does not hold a seat, promise a place, or lock in a price or date. If you check the optional box, we may also send you occasional news about future classes. You can leave the waitlist or stop the news at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us at the address in section 10.

6. When enrollment opens

When enrollment opens, the class will have its own terms, shown to you before you enroll. They will cover the price, the dates, refunds, recording and class rules. We do not record a live session without telling you before the recording starts. Nothing on this page is an offer at any price or on any date.

7. Registering for a class

From time to time we may open registration for a class, on this website or through a link we send you. A class may be only for people we invite, and we may decline a registration. A registration page carries the details of that class, such as the dates, the price or that it is free, and any limit on places, and those details apply to your registration together with these terms. Registering does not hold a seat unless the registration page or our confirmation email says it does. We may change a class's dates or schedule, limit the number of people, or cancel a session, and we will tell you by email if we do. Course materials that come with a registration are for you only, so please do not share your login. If a class has a price, it is shown before you pay and nothing is charged unless you confirm. Registering for a free class does not obligate you to buy anything.

8. Don't enter client information

The sample tools on this page run in your browser and are for illustration. Please don't type client information or anyone else's private details into any tool on this page.

9. Our materials

The words, designs, illustrations and tools on this page belong to us or our licensors. You may view the page for your own use. Please don't copy, republish or resell it. We keep ownership of it.

10. Privacy, contact, and changes to these terms
